For good 6 months (2008-2009) I began each working day with a Mindfulness practice and then I would quickly illustrate what came to mind, trying to keep sketching and correction to minimal. I did this as a way to deal with my burn-out from 2005-2007, and wouldn't you know it, it not only helped, but also transformed my drawing-style and approach to drawing in general. After years of 'work' I discovered the 'fun' again in my chosen practice. Below you will find a mixed, yet comprehensive, selection of the Medustrations that I produced during this time.
